What we keep, why we keep it, and how to ask about it.
Signing up stores your email and a profile: display name, username, and verification status. A Trainer ID check may include an optional screenshot. Staff with verification access can review that submission.
Queue time, match scores, check-in, confirmations, judge calls, and match chat are stored so results and rulings can be reviewed. Staff who monitor matches can read those rooms. IBP changes are kept on a ledger tied to your account.
Event registration stores the details the form asks for. Paid tickets are processed by Stripe. We keep the registration and payment status, not your full card number.
The public leaderboard shows display names and IBP for players who have not been hidden. Other players in your match can see the room, the score, and the chat. We do not sell account data.
Signed-in players can send a note from the feedback page. Include the account email if you want a record corrected or removed, and staff will follow up in tickets.
